Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Return Policy
Our return period is 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items returned after 30 days. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

Custom-made Items: Refunds are not provided unless the item is defective.
To process a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. The following conditions are eligible for partial refunds only:

Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Processing times may vary.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company and bank, as there might be some processing time before the refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at: info@gzstcosplay.com.

Sale Items
Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving a damaged or defective product: info@gzstcosplay.com.

Gifts
For items marked as gifts and shipped directly to you, a gift credit for the value of your return will be issued. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for later delivery, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, and they will be informed of the return.

Return Shipping
To return a product, please email us at info@gzstcosplay.com. You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
