We are pleased to offer international shipping to most destinations worldwide. The super savings option takes 18-27 business days. For faster delivery, we provide an express shipping service that delivers to most international locations within 5-8 business days. Shipping Options:
For shipping, we offer two options: Standard Shipping (free shipping) and Express Shipping.
1. Standard Shipping (including free shipping): We use international postal parcels, which typically take longer to deliver.
2. Express Shipping: We use commercial couriers (DHL) for express shipping, with an estimated delivery time of up to 8 business days (some remote areas may not be eligible for DHL).

Free Shipping Note:
The free shipping policy is not applicable to all buyers and requires meeting a minimum purchase amount. Specific details can be found in the store's free shipping information. Free shipping can be obtained in two ways:
1. Reach the required purchase amount.
2. Use a free shipping discount code.
Standard Shipping Cost Calculation:
- For packages weighing 0.1kg to 1.5kg: $6.50 shipping fee.
- For packages over 1.5kg: An additional $0.50 per 0.1kg.
Note: Shipping to Canada costs $12, which differs from other countries.
Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items:
If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship available items immediately and send the pre-ordered or back-ordered items as soon as they become available. Therefore, if you receive only part of your order, don’t worry—you will receive the remaining items shortly thereafter.
Order Tracking:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if you provided a phone number) with a tracking ID and a link to track your package’s journey. You can track your package on our Tracking Page. Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking information to appear.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We work to expedite processing and shipping, so there is a short window to correct an incorrect address. If you believe you provided the wrong address, please contact us immediately at csr@liyadress.shop.
Returns:

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Liyadress Online Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please report it to the shipping carrier using the information provided on our Tracking Page. How can I check the progress of my order?
1. You can check whether you have received the shipping notification by email, you can click ‘Order Tracking’ in our online shop according to the tracking number on the shipping email, and enter the tracking information you got by email to complete the order shipping progress enquiry.
